How do I pack?

Published on 19 May 2025 at 12:22

I am shifting to a new season.

This is clear.

My concern is, what do I take with me from last season?

From physical items to aspects of identity to mindsets, attitudes and behaviors, to activities, tasking and assignments, am I to let it all go to pick the new?

I worked so hard on many projects and tasking. Am I to let it all go?

Was that all simply training for what's is to come in this new season.

Was that the reason why I seemingly had no markers of worldly success and felt hidden?

Was it all practice?

I feel like what God has for me in this new season is big and is a culmination of all that I have done thus far but is it the same expanded or a destination point in which I'll simply use all the tools gained in that new position?

Why this concern?

Because the old is burning off of me.

I still find joy in it, but the eagerness and desire to do more in it has waned.

I feel like God is bringing not just the season but all that I have done to a close and is going to start me afresh in a new area that will require the experience of yesterday for the new today.

Will there be no more YouTube, blog, fashion etc.?

What will happen to the church?

Was all this just for me to learn what God desires for where He is going to place me?

I must be willing now to seek God for answers like never before.

I am willing to lay it all down at his feet and start fresh.

I just need to know it's Him and not the enemy trying to kill, steal, destroy and devour what we have built.

Is God merely expanding or pivoting me?

Either way I feel change occuring, I just need to know what to do with yesterday.

Holy Spirit:

When the call comes, say yes. It's greater than you think and as you suspect. You will not be able to manage all but with have product demonstrations, knowledge, experiance and expertise to show others. You were never supposed to "blow up" or " take off" in that way, only gain the experience to help others. Know that you are on the right path. This isn't a grind time. This is a let the set up, rest up and follow the white rabbit time. I am leading you. I am setting things up for you. You are on the right path. Keep walking and soon you will walk into all that I have for you.

Question

Are you trusting God to set you up for your next season?

Sometimes we need to know too much, and we try to take control. We need to slow down, pay attention to sense and discern what God is doing and how He is moving and move with Him.

Give God time to set up this next season for you. Move at his pace. Don't get in a rush. Don't fall behind. Learn simply to walk with God. He's got you.

Scripture

Psalms 37:23-25 NLT

The LORD directs the steps of the godly. He delights in every detail of their lives. Though they stumble, they will never fall, for the LORD holds them by the hand. Once I was young, and now I am old. Yet I have never seen the godly abandoned or their children begging for bread.
