Time to Take Flight

Published on 21 June 2026 at 20:38

Taking the leap of faith in every aspect of my life.

I don’t want life to pass me by.

I don’t want the promise in bloom to die.

I want to grow with it.

I refuse to live my life in fear-

Fear of things not working out, of being destitute, of not being received well.

God is for me. God is for Us! Then who can be against Us?

The truth is, my life is not my own.

It belongs to the Lord.

I am His workmanship created to do good works for Him.

And now, I hear the sounds of heaven whispering “its time.”

I want to walk in the type of faith that as Kennith Hagen says “makes the Lord move to the edge of His seat and rolls up sleeves”.

I want the type of works that show such a child like faith in who God has called me to be, that it stirs up heaven.

I’ve had my time to transition, rest and reset.

Now it’s time too build.

As I step into my new identity, the most important aspect of who I am is God’s child.

What was all this for?

What was this intense process meant to prepare me for?

I’m going all in to find out.

I want to meet the word, the promise, the hand of God at its unfolding.

Time to catch up with it and press forward.

Whatever works or doesn’t work is in the hands of God and His people.

My only responsibility is to be obedient to God and what He has called me to do.

The women who God created is waiting within to be unleashed.

Time to let her loose!

Holy Spirit,

Go Jennifer. Run! You have paced yourself with caution for long enough. Follow my leading. You have learned enough of what my will is for you. Trust that you have spent enough time in process to move forward in this new season to where you can trust yourself as we are one. I am not only with you, I am in you. Be who you authentically are in me. Be the woman made in my image. Be my daughter, my servant, my vessel on the move. Be bold, be truthful, give love, be humble. Be who I have called you to be, who you have always truly been. Take back by force what the enemy has stolen from you. Take back your joy, peace, happiness, love. Bring back your soft heart, your silly demeanor, your kind soul, your loving heart. You are the light of this world. Be the light.

Question of the day

Are you bringing your full self and giving all that you have in this new season?

Many of us have been in isolation and hidden for so long that we forget it is only but for a season. We have been told no, stop and don’t so much that we dare not move out of fear of making a mistake. Know, there was a season for your hiding and isolation. Now is the season for your revealing. You have been prepared, processed. Pay attention to God’s voice, the stirring of the spirit, the restlessness and discomfort of your old routine. It is God’s call. You are ready to go forth in what God has called you to do. Move forward in the trust that God is calling you. God has you.

Scripture

Joshua 1

GOD’S WORD Translation

The Lord Instructs Joshua

1 After the death of the Lord’s servant Moses, the Lord said to Moses’ assistant Joshua, son of Nun, “My servant Moses is dead. Now you and all these people must cross the Jordan River into the land that I am going to give the people of Israel. I will give you every place on which you set foot, as I promised Moses. Your borders will be the desert ⌞on the south⌟, nearby Lebanon to the Euphrates River (the country of the Hittites) ⌞on the north⌟, and the Mediterranean Sea on the west. No one will be able to oppose you successfully as long as you live. I will be with you as I was with Moses. I will never neglect you or abandon you. Be strong and courageous, because you will help these people take possession of the land I swore to give their ancestors.

“Only be strong and very courageous, faithfully doing everything in the teachings that my servant Moses commanded you. Don’t turn away from them. Then you will succeed wherever you go. Never stop reciting these teachings. You must think about them night and day so that you will faithfully do everything written in them. Only then will you prosper and succeed.

“I have commanded you, ‘Be strong and courageous! Don’t tremble or be terrified, because the Lord your God is with you wherever you go.’ ”
