I am able to see the error of my ways.

I am doing way too much asking, even begging.

I have been praying from a place of defeat without realizing it.

I have been living out of place of fatigue, exhaustion, disappointment.

I didn’t realize how much that was a part of my default setting.

Today, I felt led to pray in a different way.

I spoke, commanded, declared, called forth.

In the midst I felt the change.

I felt the fire come over me.

Prayer changed me, set me on the right path, positioned me for what I needed today.

I stepped into my authority to use the power of life and death on my tongue to revive me, my family, my ministry, the body of Christ.

I didn’t have to accept the lies of the enemies.

I do not have to live out my fickle, fleeting feelings and emotions.

It could be the cause, I know it is, for any instability and double mindedness.

This morning, I was feeling down and could tell I was on the verge of spiraling into a pit of negativity and darkness.

I heard speak and chose to command things in prayer.

It literally changed me.

I am sitting taller as a result.

I feel lighter.

I feel empowered.

It set the tone for the entire day.

We have no idea what and how entities are working against us in the spiritual real, or what patterns of negativity are resurfacing,

But we don’t have to.

We just need to recognize the power and authority we have through prayer to affect change in our lives, environments, families, the body of Christ, the world.

Prayer unveils the lies of the enemy and brings us into alignment with the truth of who we are in Christ, what He desires us to do and enables to do it.

It aligns us with the very spirit of God and allows way for us to be transformed by it.

I’m going to speak over my life, against negative feelings and emotions today.

I am going to get back to minding my thought life and exercise weapons that are not carnal.

Today, I clearly saw the tactics of the enemy that are of no use on one that know who they are in Christ and the power they have through prayer.

Holy Spirit,

This is why I continually bring you back to prayer. Prayer defeats the enemy working upon you. You have to trust the instruction, the unction to pray. Begin speaking and I will give you what’s needed to pray as you continue to press and go further in. You cannot rely on your strength, your own perceptions, understanding, or feelings. You must rely on your power and authority in Me to bring down heaven on earth. Know who You are. You are stronger, more powerful, more anointed than you acting out on a daily basis. Live it. Know it. One action or inaction does not change that. Continue to press into your high calling. Don’t let anyone stop you. Not even you.
